Island Pure Sheep Dairy

Kangaroo Island Freshwater Crayfish and Kangaroo Island Potatoes
Kangaroo Island Freshwater Crayfish is a large scale marron farm consisting of 100 open ponds of various sizes covering around 25Ha. This makes us them of the largest marron, (freshwater crayfish) farms in Australia, all designed to emulate the marrons natural environment. Kangaroo Island Seed Potatoes produce up to 1000 Tonne of seed per annum. Kangaroo Island is a designated quarantined disease free area for potatoes and as a result, Kangaroo Island Seed Potatoes are certified Rating 1, produced in some of the cleanest soil in Australia.

Kangaroo Island Olive Oil Co.
Kangaroo Island Olive Oil Company grow olives at Stokes Bay on the north coast of KI. The olives are grown without the use of chemical pesticides or fertilisers, and thrive in the mild coastal climate, producing fresh fruity extra virgin olive oil. The oil is extracted within 24 hours on the property by 2-phase eco-centrifugation, and no heating is used during this process.

Charing Cross Produce (Breads and Herbs)
Charing Cross Breads are fresh, natural, handmade artisan style breads made on Dudley Peninsula. Hog Bay Apiary
Kangaroo Island is the oldest bee sanctuary in the world. The wealth of native vegetation on the island, together with its geographic isolation, ensure the honeys are recognised and appreciated as a gourmet regional food. The pure strain of Ligurian bee exists only on the island and is an invaluable genetic resource. Hog Bay Apiary has found that the pristine environment and disease-free status are of increasing importance to customers overseas, and also in Australia.
